As a band or artist, when you register to play for us or for our service we need to know your full name, email address and mobile number. We gather this information to allow us to process your registration and to then be able to contact you via email or phone in order to book you for a suitable show.

If you are successfully booked for an event your contact name, email address and mobile number will be shared with the other artists on the bill in order to arrange a Kit Share.

By registering to play for NOVA MUSIC or if you have joined our mailing list via our mailing list form, responded to an offer to join the mailing list, purchased an online ticket for a NOVA MUSIC event, we will also send you information about other events organised by NOVA MUSIC, details and special offers relating to our events, ticket links, competitions and other purchasing opportunities.

 

We may also contact you for market research purposes. The information may relate to events promoted or services offered by third parties, we will not however share your information with these third parties unless you give your consent. No third parties will be able to mail you directly and your information will never be sold, hired or given to any other third party without your consent.
